Bombardier Inc. announced plans to expand its Singapore Service Centre at JTC's Seletar Aerospace Park with a new 250,000 sq. ft. facility, representing a planned investment of approximately $100 million SGD. Construction is set to begin in the second half of 2026, with operations anticipated to start in H2 2028. This expansion will nearly double Bombardier Inc.'s services footprint in Singapore, enhancing maintenance, modifications, avionics installations, and aircraft recompletion capabilities for customers across Asia-Pacific. The project is expected to create over 200 new highly-skilled jobs and is supported by key regional collaborators, including Singapore — JTC Corporation and the Singapore — Economic Development Board. Bombardier Inc. has also joined Agency for Science, Technology and Research Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (A*STAR ARTC) as an Anchor Member to further strengthen its Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities through digitalization, AI, and automation.
