The report indicates that the rapid integration of artificial intelligence is raising consumer expectations for reliability, simplicity, predictable costs, and trusted support. Key findings include technology as critical infrastructure, AI driving excitement and complexity, evolving protection expectations, and the increased importance of reliability, support, and transparency. Regional insights were provided for the United States, APAC, Europe, Americas, and Canada, showing varying sentiments but consistent underlying global expectations for innovation built on confidence.
