Foundation Software, PSGM Law Host Webinar

Foundation Software, a provider of construction accounting software, has partnered with PSGM Law, a law firm specializing in regulatory and employment challenges, to host a free webinar. The webinar, titled 'I-9, DOL and Employment Law Updates to Manage Risks With PSGM Law,' will take place on June 9, 2026. It aims to educate contractors on federal employment and labor compliance, focusing on preparing for audits from agencies like the United States — United States Department of Labor, United States — United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the United States — Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division. Employment attorney Julie Pace of PSGM Law will lead the session, with Brian Cancian of Foundation Software facilitating. Attendees will learn how to respond to government audits, conduct internal I-9 audits, correct common I-9 errors, understand risks with electronic I-9 programs, and address wage and hour timekeeping mistakes, ultimately strengthening their risk management practices.
