The acquired infrastructure is expected to support APA Corporation's 2026 to 2027 exploration and appraisal activities and enhance future development flexibility on United States — Alaska's eastern North Slope. Following the acquisition, APA Corporation's position on United States — Alaska's eastern North Slope will total approximately 487,000 gross acres. The deal is expected to close by year-end 2026, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. APA Corporation has also assumed operatorship of the existing joint venture with Lagniappe Alaska, LLC and Oil Search — Oil Search (Alaska), and plans a two-well drilling program.
