External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar of India met with Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen in Helsinki to review the India-Finland Strategic Partnership. Both leaders agreed to deepen trade and investment, maintaining political engagement. S. Jaishankar also participated in the Kultaranta Talks. Earlier, he visited Bulgaria, holding talks with its leadership, including Prime Minister Rumen Radev and Foreign Minister Velislava Petrova-Chamova, to discuss bilateral cooperation and India's engagement with the European Union, including FTA negotiations and strategic partnerships.
