Ripple has secured a full Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license in Luxembourg, allowing it to expand its cross-border payment services across the EU under the MiCA framework. This regulatory approval strengthens Ripple's position in the European financial market and enables it to offer regulated payment services and potentially issue its US dollar-pegged stablecoin, RLUSD, in the European Economic Area. Ripple has partnered with Aviva plc===Aviva Investors to tokenize traditional investment funds on the XRP Ledger. This collaboration marks Ripple's first strategic partnership with a European investment manager for large-scale tokenization of traditional funds.
