Carrefour

Carrefour is entering a strategic partnership with VusionGroup to digitalize its hypermarkets and supermarkets in France by 2030. This initiative, part of its 'Carrefour 2030' plan, aims to enhance productivity, customer experience, sales, and e-commerce performance through advanced technology. Carrefour will also join VusionGroup's International Advisory Board and establish a joint laboratory for co-innovation.

Carrefour is selling its Romanian operations to Paval Holding as part of its strategic portfolio review, allowing it to refocus on core markets. Carrefour has decided to introduce an additional supplier for digital in-store solutions in France, ending Pricer's exclusive supplier status. This move aims to diversify its sourcing for electronic shelf labels. Carrefour continues its ambition to migrate own-operated stores into franchises, which Pricer sees as a growth opportunity.

Carrefour operates a hypermarket within the Berceo Shopping Centre, owning and occupying a portion of the property. Its presence as an anchor tenant contributes to the center's performance.
