Petronet LNG, a top LNG importer in India, informed other companies about lower supplies due to Qatar's production halt. It is now planning to issue spot tenders to cover the shortfall, facing higher costs.

Petronet LNG, a major Indian gas importer, has been informed of Qatar's halt in LNG production and has, in turn, informed its gas off-takers. It is actively seeking alternative supplies in the spot market to mitigate the shortfall.
