TotalEnergies, along with its partners Azule Energy (operator), Chevron===Cabinda Gulf Oil Company, and Sonangol Group, has announced the start of production from the Quiluma field in Angola. This marks the first development of a non-associated gas field in Angola, which is expected to provide a stable and significant source of gas for the Angola LNG plant. At its peak, the project will produce approximately 330 million cubic feet per day of gas, equivalent to about 2 million tons of LNG per year. This initiative is set to strengthen Angola's capacity to supply LNG to international markets, including Europe and Asia, for the long term.
