Omni HR launches Mino AI agent

Omni, an AI-native HR and payroll platform, has launched Mino, the first AI agent built on unified HR and payroll data for multi-country teams in Asia. Mino is available in early access to Omni customers, initially focusing on analytics and recruitment, with plans to expand across the entire employee lifecycle. The platform aims to solve the issue of fragmented HR data in Asia by centralizing employee information, allowing Mino to provide comprehensive context for businesses. Mino is designed to answer questions, analyze data, and take actions in plain language, operating within existing role-based permissions to ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance. Brian Ip, CEO of Omni, emphasized that Mino's data, compliance logic, and security model were purpose-built for AI, setting it apart from other HR platforms.
