Nscale secured $2 billion in Series C funding, valuing the company at $14.6 billion, which will accelerate its global AI infrastructure development. The company also welcomed Sheryl Sandberg, Susan Decker, and Nick Clegg to its Board of Directors, strengthening its leadership. Additionally, the Aker Nscale joint venture was fully rolled into Nscale, streamlining operations.

Nscale is establishing itself as a major player in AI infrastructure by acquiring American Intelligence & Power Corporation and partnering with Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Caterpillar to develop a large-scale AI compute campus in United States===West Virginia. This positions Nscale as a global flagship deployment partner for NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin GPUs.

Nscale acquired American Intelligence & Power Corporation (AIPCorp), including the Monarch Compute Campus, to expand its AI infrastructure capabilities. This acquisition establishes Nscale Energy & Power, a new global division, and positions Nscale to build one of the world's largest AI Factories.

Nscale was a partner in the Stargate UK project, which is now paused. Discussions between OpenAI and Nscale are ongoing regarding a possible resumption of the project.
