Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank has entered into a strategic partnership with the London Stock Exchange to facilitate Vietnamese businesses' access to international capital markets. This partnership is expected to enhance its role as a key financial institution in Vietnam and expand its long-term funding sources through the issuance of international green bonds.
